I had a deep crack in my 2016 Honda Civic after a rock flew out from under a truck on the highway. I also googled Auto Glass Stores in Prince George, BC, compared reviews, and ended up going to GlassMasters Autoglass on 3rd Avenue. Why I chose them: they had the option to make an appointment online without calling (and I hate calling a bunch of places), and what's nice is that they responded within an hour, confirming the appointment for the next day. Their prices are average - not super cheap, but not a rip-off either. I was offered OEM glass, but I chose the Canadian equivalent - it was almost $150 cheaper, and I didn't notice any difference in quality. What was nice: they didn't try to push anything extra. Everything was to the point, clear and transparent. Another thing - on the day of installation, they called in the morning to clarify if I could come a little earlier if a spot opened up. This, in my opinion, speaks of a good attitude towards customers. They installed the glass in about an hour and a half, and in my presence they checked the tightness with water (funny, but confident). Plus, they gave a written guarantee for 6 months that in case of peeling or leakage everything will be fixed for free.

Interesting read, I just had a friend recently telling me that he was also looking for Auto Glass Stores in Prince George, BC when his glass chipped from the edge. I think he went to PG Auto Glass and was happy, although I personally didn't go there. I think the topic is relevant - our climate is not kind to glass.
